Jessie, who is studying to be a nurse these days, has never lost her culinary chops! She has made wedding cakes for friends and always does special birthday lovelies for family and friends. At Christmas dinner this evening, for all 23 family members, we celebrated Barbie's birthday
(which is on 12/31) with a 6 layer coconut cake with dark chocolate and pastry cream. Amazing!
