Foode Visit in Fredericksburg

On our way home from Washington's birthplace, we opted to have dinner in Fredericksburg.  Thanks to a great online tip from Yelp, we discovered a wonderful restaurant we absolutely loved! Foode is phenomenal; a super chic little locavore restaurant with modern twists down a cozy little brick alley way.  We enjoyed our dinner immensely.  We especially loved the locally raised food, the connection to the farmers, and the home-spun family feel (which mixes just perfectly with the chicness of the place).  We can't wait to go back!
Just wait to see what you discover down this little alley way
The food was so good it's a bit of a blur - ha ha!  :)
Here's more of a peek of our dinners and the side market

  4. Mid-week post = the extra time of having a student teacher paying off... (after many hours invested in planning and sharing at the beginning of her time with me).
